Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of £10 per treatment when booking an appointment. Should you need to move or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.

Pregnancy & Medication

Please advise at the time of booking if you are either pregnant, taking medication or undergoing medical treatment to avoid disappointment.

 

Arrival

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time, this is your special time to unwind and relax. If it is your first visit to De Luca Beauty you will need to complete a short questionnaire including your contact details.

 

Mobile Phones

At De Luca Beauty we strive to provide a relaxing, soothing experience from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by switching off your mobile phone before entering the salon.

 

Valuables

Prior to certain treatments you may be asked to remove items of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

 

Children

The De Luca environment is not suitable for small children, please arrange for them to be cared for elsewhere while you come and have some well deserved time to yourself.
